Cancellation, Refund, and Payment Plan Purchase Policy


Usually, cancellations or refunds are at our discretion and no refunds will be made for services already rendered or used. Additionally, all group programs are considered final sale and there will be no refunds. However, should you change your mind within 30 days of your initial payment, you are entitled to a refund as outlined in Teachable's Terms of Use. We offer payment plans via Teachable. These are a courtesy extended to our community members who are unable to purchase programs in their entirety. Please note that payment plans are binding and you are not able to cancel your payment plan once you sign up for it. If you have any questions about the program or are unsure, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can assist you in answering any questions prior to purchasing a payment plan.
